RETURN AND REFUND
If you want to return the item, just send an email to this address info.stellaclark@gmail.com with the order number and name in the subject line.
The item must be packaged as you received it and must not have any defects not caused by us (eg scratches, stains, injuries).
If the item is damaged or non-compliant, Stella Clark reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.
The item in question must be returned within 14 days of arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to personally arrange for the return of the package through local logistics chains.
In case of non-delivery, for example because the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address or because the customer or another person in his/her place is absent at the delivery address, the customer will have to pay a surcharge of EUR 7.00 for the redelivery and receipt of the order.
If the customer refuses to pay the amount for the new delivery,
Stella Clark reserves the right not to send the order to the recipient and not to make any refund.
